1. Cancellation Policy

VANYA ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been processed or shipped.
  • Refund requests will be entertained if the customer believes that the carbon credits or services delivered do not meet the agreed-upon quality standards.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the vendor has verified the issue at their end. This should be reported within 30 days of receipt of the products. In case the product does not meet the specifications mentioned or does not align with the customer's expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 30 days of receiving the product. Our Customer Service team will assess the complaint and take appropriate action.

3. Warranty Issues

For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the respective manufacturer for warranty claims.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by VANYA ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 9-15 business days to process and credit the refund to the customer's account.
